In fact, I tried and tried to push back the date. &#xA0; I thought I couldn&#x2019;t do it. &#xA0; I thought it would be too hard to create the videos, the worksheets, everything.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"If_so_what_made_you_turn_it_around_and_do_it_anyway\"><\/span>If so what made you turn it around and do it anyway?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>My business coach simply wouldn&#x2019;t let me.&#xA0; The date was set and she wasn&#x2019;t letting me out of it. &#xA0; She is STILL my coach years later.<\/p>\n<p>And now I get to coach women the same &#8211; holding them accountable. I do high-level 1:1 coaching in part because I know I would never have moved forward without my coach and being that for other women is more joy than I can even put into words.<\/p>\n<p>Coaches are crucial. &#xA0; In my opinion, everyone should have at least one excellent coach in their lives.&#xA0; At least one.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What%E2%80%99s_your_online_course_like\"><\/span>What&#8217;s your online course like?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>My online course is divided into modules.<\/p>\n<p>Each module has at least one video, prerecorded.<\/p>\n<p>There is a full workbook for the entire course, broken down into modules.<\/p>\n<p>Three times a year I lead a group of women through the course with 6 weeks of group coaching.<\/p>\n<p>You can also take the course as a stand-alone and then join the group coaching when it launches if you wish.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_long_did_it_take_you_to_create_your_course\"><\/span>How long did it take you to create your course?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>It took me about 3 months, but that is only because I procrastinated &#8211; because I was afraid of failure.<\/p>\n<p>With the idea in mind and the desire to create something amazing &#8211; this could be done in a month or maybe less.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I began by writing out the idea of the course.<\/li>\n<li>I then broke it into chapters<\/li>\n<li>After that, I brainstormed the video content and the workbook<\/li>\n<li>I hired a Virtual Assistant to create the workbook<\/li>\n<li>I pushed play on Zoom and recorded the videos<\/li>\n<li>Uploaded them to the platform.<\/li>\n<li>Sales page created by VA.<\/li>\n<li>And launch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I have since rebranded and we are working on the rebranding sales page now<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tell_us_a_little_about_the_process_of_launching_your_course_and_getting_your_first_sales\"><\/span>Tell us a little about the process of launching your course and getting your first sale(s).<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>I launched my course by running a free challenge for 5 days.&#xA0; On day 5 I launched the program to the women in the group BEFORE launching on Social Media. &#xA0; I got my first sale within an hour &#8211; a VIP at that! &#xA0; It was exhilarating &#8211; not just because of the sale &#8211; I was here for her when she transitioned to heaven.
