Taking time for your well-being can be helpful in navigating different challenges and coping with stressors. Please know that you do not have to navigate these challenges alone, as UIC offers many resources to support you, including the Counseling Center. We offer a wide range of services including group therapy, brief individual therapy, case management, single sessions, Mind-Body programs, and virtual drop-in spaces. All Counseling Center services are confidential and free of charge to eligible students. 

The Counseling Center is open Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5pm.

Counseling Center services are available in-person AND virtually. If you are uncomfortable coming for an in-person appointment, call our office or email your assigned therapist to ask for your appointment to be switched to virtual.
