The brilliant sireesanwar has found a fix for my mood theme problem. It turns out photobucket caused the problem.

Now if only she could fix the new lj posting design. I don't like the mood theme selector over on the left. plus I can't see the images either when I'm choosing.

Also I am serious about doing a poll. But if only two of you are participating I won't bother.

The new profile page shows all the communities you are a member of!
This is a violation of privacy! The option to hide is unavailable.

Their are two solutions for now. Switch back to the old profile page or ban the community you want to keep private. It won't show up on your profile but nothing else changes. You can still post, comment, etc. Use the ban and unban users link.

Hopefully this bug will be fixed. Even so I liked the old profile page better!

Having trouble logging into yahoo mail?

Is it just me or are other people having problems logging in too? Both my google and yahoo emails were hacked recently. Somebody sent a spam email to people in my address book from me! I got spams to me and from me sent by somebody not me! WTF! What email service do you guys use? Anybody also get hacked on google and/or yahoo?

Accepting Friends Now!

Space has become available on my friend list!

Three friends have recently been dropped and I have an eye towards possibly dropping a few more.
So their loss could potentially be your gain!

I like to keep my friend list capped at about thirty. I do this because each friend is important to me and I think each one deserves some of my time and attention and more than thirty is too many to handle. I do actually read the new entries of my friends journals and I do comment. I do spend much more time on tumblr but I am committed to staying active on LJ and not abandoning it like so many others have done.

I don't often add new friends so this is your opportunity right here and now and the next opportunity may not be for some time. I am accepting both new friends and former friends. Not everyone that applies will be accepted. I prefer fellow Sherlockians and Cumberbabes. To a lesser extent I prefer Whovians. If we have mutual friends in common and/or I know you from one or more communities I frequent I am much more likely to add you in. However if this is not the case I encouraged you to apply all the same. My friend list has grown so quiet lately I am seeking some noise.

Please comment here and friend me. I prefer you friend me first and if I don't accept you at this time you can always unfriend me later. I will respond to each applicant promptly. You won't have to wait a long time. Comments will be screened.

I'm looking for real people with quality journals. I will not friend your fan fiction account, troll or sock puppet account. Your journal should look like you have put some effort into it. No fake throw a way journals. I've been on LJ long enough to know what to look for.

For sireesanwar: Sorry for the confusion

I have two minor problems I'd like help with please. You see the space needs to be increased between the mood theme gif and the mood theme word because they are touching or almost touching. The other problem that I forgot to mention is that I'd like the user icon in the subject line of the post to always be surrounded by black. The bottom of the icon is hanging out.
