VIOLATION CONSEQUENCES: Uploading prohibited content will result in:

These services may collect your IP address, device identifiers, session activity, and usage patterns.

- Transmission of your uploaded media to the third-party providers named above solely for service delivery purposes
- AI-powered enhancement and editing of your images where applicable
- Automated content scanning for prohibited material as part of our safety and security measures
- Collection of usage and analytics data by the analytics providers listed above
You may withdraw this consent at any time by ceasing use of the Services and deleting your account. Withdrawal of consent may prevent you from using features that depend on AI processing.

- SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR DOWNTIME
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR IMAGES
- COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS ARISING FROM USER-UPLOADED CONTENT
- LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF UPLOADING PROHIBITED CONTENT
11. Term and Termination
