Description

We've encountered an issue after updating to WordPress 6.9.
In WordPress 6.8.3 a synched pattern with an override on a paragraph it's possible to add a link in the paragraph. After the update to WordPress 6.9 this isn't possible anymore.

​This issue was supposedly fixed in the WordPress 6.9.1 release.
Can you please test again?

If it persists, please include more detailed information so that other contributors can help and try to reproduce the problem.
