To 
1. Edit --> Fill --> Screen 100%
2. Layer --> New Ajustment Layer --> Selective Color --> Load this file.
3. Layer --> New Ajustment Layer --> Selective Color --> Load this file. Merge Layers.
4. Layer --> New Fill Layer --> Pattern. Set this pattern to Soft Light 100% (do not merge layers !).
5. Layer --> New Ajustment Layer --> Hue/Saturation (0,50,0). Merge Layers.
6. Image --> Ajustments --> Variations.
Done !
I used Photoshop CS2.
