I've had "AllMusicConverter" for more than six months. In that time I found it to be sporadic at best in so far as reliability. About a month ago it stopped working altogether. I notified their customer support and have been experiencing the proverbial run-around ever since.
If you find yourself in need of a converter stay away from AllMusicConverter. I have since switched to "TurnBite" and found it to be very reliable and a much nicer program all-around.
