As we move through May, there’s so much to look forward to at the club. With summer just around the corner, excitement is building as we get closer to the start of our next season and prepare for all the opportunities ahead for our players and families.

We’re especially excited about the many programs coming up for athletes of all ages and levels. From camps and clinics to leagues, training opportunities, and developmental programs, there truly is something for everyone to stay involved, continue growing, and enjoy the game throughout the summer.

This is also an exciting time for our club as we begin preparing for a new season together. We look forward to welcoming both returning and new players as we continue building a positive, competitive, and community-driven environment for all of our athletes.

Thank you to all of our players, families, coaches, and supporters for being part of our club community. We can’t wait for everything still to come this season and beyond.

Note: U.S. Soccer has moved to school year age groups for the 26/27 season. Please review the updated age group before attending.

 Registration is now open for MLS NEXT Tier 1 Tryouts for the 2026/27 season. This is your opportunity to compete in one of the top youth development platforms in North America and train in an environment built to develop elite players.

Something worth celebrating: the Tri-Valley Futsal Center is open, full of kids, and already becoming exactly what we hoped it would be for this community.

And we're halfway to paying for it.

Through our Friends of Futsal campaign, we've raised over $90,000 toward our $187,000 goal. That's real momentum and built entirely by people like you who believe in what this facility means for our kids and our club. Now we need to finish what we started!

There are a few ways to help:

• Give directly here -- every dollar moves us closer
• Spread the word -- share this with someone who loves this club
• Host a mixer -- open your home for a small fundraising gathering and we'll handle the rest
• Check for employer matching -- many companies match charitable gifts dollar-for-dollar; ask your HR department or reach out and we'll help you explore it

The campaign includes multiple giving levels, and higher-level donors will have their name -- family or corporate -- permanently on our donor wall.

In collaboration with Soccer Parenting, NorCal has created a series of short educational videos for parents. These videos aim to help parents understand what to expect when placing their child on a soccer team, and to clarify their role in fostering a positive and productive youth soccer experience.

Asking the questions like—Are you ready to let another adult take the lead in your child’s experience? Or, are you ready for your child to experience disappointments?—helps to prepare parents for what they will experience in this journey and to be intentional about accepting their role in it.

 Summer just got a whole lot more fun!
