We invite all Chamber member businesses to participate in our inaugural Guys Night Out event on Thursday, May 7th from 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm.
Goal
For the community to shop/dine at all participating businesses in New Prague!

The New Prague Chamber invites local businesses to participate in a fun and competitive mini-golf experience as part of our upcoming Guys Night Out event. And yes…ladies are absolutely welcome to join the fun too, the structure will just be a bit different then what they're used to. Read on...
Participating businesses will design and host their own mini-golf hole, creating a unique course where attendees can play their way through the evening while interacting with local businesses.
How It Works
• Each participating business will design and host one mini-golf hole.
• Attendees will visit participating businesses and play through the course.
• Players will record their scores on a scorecard as they go.
• Participants may play in groups, but scoring will be individual.
• Players may start at any hole and complete the course in any order.
• Once a player finishes your hole, simply initial the scorecard before they move on to the next stop.
• Scorecards will be dropped off at the designated final stop (TBA) for tallying and awards at 8 pm.
• Scorecards must have all holes verified in order to be eligible for prizes (names also must be written on scorecards).
To keep things moving smoothly, the maximum score per hole will be 6 strokes (we will be using the honor system).
Business Participation
Businesses are encouraged to get creative and design a hole that represents their brand.
Examples:
• Real estate office → putt through a “house”
• hardware store → tool-themed obstacle course
• brewery → barrel obstacle
• bank → vault-themed challenge
Creativity and fun are highly encouraged!
Businesses are also welcome to offer a small promotion, snack, or beverage during the event to enhance the experience for participants.
Awards
Prizes will be awarded for:
• Lowest Score – Mini Golf Champion
• Crowd Favorite Hole (Business award)
• Worst Score (just for fun!)
* Best Putter – Most creative “club”
*To keep things simple, the Chamber will not be providing golf clubs.
Participants will be asked to bring their own “club” — anything they’d like to putt with such as: a golf putter, hockey stick, baseball bat, broom, or any other creative option. Half the fun will be seeing what people bring!

Things to Note:
• There will be no charge to golf participants.
• There will not be a check-in location, participants will simply pick which hole (business) they'd like to start at when they arrive.
• Numbers will not be given to participating businesses prior to the event. The $25 gift cards will be used for drawings/awards at the end of the night.
• We will have a designated ending-location to grab a drink, drop score-cards, and give out awards.
Cost
Chamber members: $50 (+ $25 gift card to your business for prizes)
Non-members: $100 (+ $25 gift card to your business for prizes)

- Determine a specific discount or promotion you'd like to offer during the event, if you'd like.
- Decide if you will provide any type of refreshment(s) for your guests.
