Join a TCAP Community!

NCAP’s Urban, Rural, and Remote Network is an opportunity to connect as TK–12 arts educators in the northern part of the state.


This free web-based network provides a space for arts teachers in dance, media arts, music, theatre and visual arts to share professional knowledge and practices geared towards specific needs in our region.

TCAP’s Arts Education Administrators and Leaders PLC 2025–2026

Implementing Equitable and Effective Arts Education

California is embarking on a new era of arts education with the passage of the Arts and Music in Schools – Funding and Guarantee and Accountability Act. Join other leaders from across the state in the fifth year of TCAP’s Professional Learning Community for LEA administrators and leaders as we strive to implement the goals of equitable and effective arts education for all students.

The sessions are offered through Zoom, are interactive, and provide opportunities for networking and conversations with other administrators from around the state.

Audience: LEA Administrators, Arts Ed Coordinators, TOSAs

Time: 9:00 – 10:30 AM (PT)

TCAP's New and Emerging Teachers Collaborative (NETC) supports and connects new and emerging TK–12 dance and visual arts educators across California.

These statewide, virtual NETC sessions foster community and growth among educators in their first five years of teaching, as well as more experienced teachers new to dance, media arts, music, theatre and visual arts instruction.

Time: 4:15 – 5:30 PM (PT)

TCAP’s Regional Arts Education Network Communities 2025–2026

TCAP’s statewide and regional arts education network communities, TCAP AEN’s, support PK–12 through post-secondary dance, media arts, music, theatre, visual arts, and CTE AME educators. The network sessions provide opportunities for teachers and administrators to stay informed of statewide and regional arts education news, issues, and to engage in dialogue with others on critical arts education topics.

Audience: Administrators, Educators

Time: 4:00 – 5:30 PM (PT)
