During a Twin Vee Factory Tour

During a recent factory tour, Vice President Preston Yarborough talked about what’s under the surface of every Twin Vee.

Vacuum-infused composite construction creates a near-unibody structure with consistent weight, ideal glass-to-resin ratios, and long-term strength. High-stress areas are reinforced with 1708 fiberglass,

Trevira is used for superior screw retention, and Coosa board forms the backbone of our transoms. Add high-density foam insulation and a 100-point quality-control checklist, and you get a boat built for strength, longevity, and consistent quality.
