We can't pull off this AMAZING night without volunteers like you who are willing to work at the event and make it a success!
At least 100 volunteers are needed to work the night of this event,
with a variety of tasks and plenty of ways to help!
We have many different time slots to volunteer, and we are hopeful
one of them will fit into your schedule!

Why
This pandemic has had a dramatic effect on women in our community. Raising funds is especially necessary as they need our services now more than ever.

Volunteer needs for the night by times include:
3:30pm - 6:30pm:
5 volunteers needed to help set up for the event. Work to decorate, set up wine pull, number/sign the tables, put out programs, follow signage plan, and generally help get the event ready to go.
3pm - 6:30pm or
6pm - 9:30pm:
1 Volunteer per shift needed to ensure no entry of unauthorized persons to the Model spaces.
4:30pm - 7:30pm:
80 volunteers needed to assist with: REGISTRATION (27) -- need 3 or 4 until 10:30pm
WINE PULL (8) -- need 4 or 5 until 10:30pm
DIAMOND DIG ( 24)
PRIZE PURSE RAFFLE SALES (15)
GREETERS (4) -- done by 6:30pm
6pm - 8:30pm:
1 volunteer needed to maintain the volunteer hospitality room with snacks and keeping it tidy,
7pm - 11pm:
10 volunteers needed to help set up the After Party featuring boutiques, vendors, and so much more!

The Evening Features a Reception with a Diamond Dig
Guests purchase “digs” for $10 per dig in one of 4 sandboxes filled with numbered stones that match up with over 60 pieces of jewelry valued at over $30,000 provided by our Diamond Dig Sponsor, Aronstam Jewelers.

Stepping Out In Style Diamond Dig
a WINE PULL
After they finish digging for jewels, they can grab some wine at the Bedel Financial Wine Pull. For $20 per pull, they will receive a bottle of wine of at least a $20 value.

a Raffle

They can also try their luck at winning one of several grand prizes in our raffle. Five raffle tickets cost $20.
and an After-Party
After the show is the after-party with shopping the designers from the runway show and more.
