History of medicine, healthcare, and related humanities/sociological perspectives.

OTH is interested in articles, essays, or personal reflections incorporating a humanities and social science lenses to discuss topics related to the history of medicine and healthcare. Health and well-being thoughts dwell with many of us as the New Year approaches, and especially while COVID continues to impact our daily lives.

February 2022
Black History Month

OTH is looking to connect with scholars and publishers from HBCU's for articles and essays on scholarly publishing/communication as it relates to race, the history of HBCU's in higher academia, as well as insights from Black scholars who are authors trying to get their work published. Other subjects for Black History Month will be considered as well.
