Network access is NOT needed for full functionality. ** Structural Analysis ** The application covers a wide range of structures ( beams - simple, embedded - , columns, slabs, frames, foundations, piles and more ) and load types (distributed, concentrated ). In relevant cases, the user has access to reactions, shear forces, bending moments and deflections ; a powerful inertia module is shipped within the app : users can calculate inertias for sections with various shapes ( rectangular, circular, T-sections, and more). ** Metallic and Reinforced Concrete Analysis and Sizing ** Many structures can be further designed and analyzed in both metal and reinforced concrete versions. "Construction" provides tools for sizing the cross section, calculating the required amount of reinforcement, and detailing the reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures. ** Localization ** The application is specifically designed with American professionals in mind : by toggling the proper setting, the user can pick either metric system units or customary english system.
