"The secret of being a bore is to tell everything."
Characters; Yuffie Kisaragi, Teo Mcdohl
Setting/Location; Valora: Cabin 1
Date & Time; Day 1, night
Warnings; None~.
Briefing; Wanting a few answers, Yuffie takes up General Teo's offer.
Yuffie Kisaragi was small in body, but definitely not in presence.
If it wasn't the clothing—an ensemble of bright colours and cuts that screamed 'look at me!'—or the shuriken—a giant, wickedly sharp thing, set proudly against her back—then it was the way she moved; carelessly effortless, radiating self confidence. And, currently, displeasure.
Boy was she displeased.
Downright pissed off, actually. These jerks… these kidnapping bastards, wanted her to fight their dumbass war for them! She had better things to be doing, like smashing Deepground to bits, and kicking their remains back down the sewer where they belonged. Like avenging Shalua. Like setting her world to rights, again, 'cause god knows it got into mortal peril practically every other week.
Yuffie increased her pace, footsteps brisk yet silent against the concrete. That guy—James, or whatever—had talked about 'luxury'; this was anything but luxury. She wanted the outside, with trees and grass and rivers, and a sky that wasn't tainted by any kind of artificial light. And… oh, there it was. Tossing the trails of her headband over her shoulder, Yuffie knocked once (just in case he wasn't wearing any pants, or something), and called, "Hey, Teo!"
