Question/Problem: Simply, I can't access my common files, I haven't been able to for a while now. Every time I try to open the folder or install a program that needs to use the common folder, I get an error message saying that access is denied.

Any steps you've taken to troubleshoot? I've downloaded several registry cleaner programs as recommended by different sites & been all through the folder settings on my computer. Nothing seems to help.
