Building in public. On Hyperliquid.

An HIP-3 deployer board. An HIP-4 outcome board. A testnet vault demo. The WAR.MARKET hackathon build. The September 2025 cHYPE concept paper. Public data. All on-chain.

Built solo, out of curiosity. If you're HL-native and working on this — grow@compost.fi

HIP-3, right now

Builder-deployed perpetuals on Hyperliquid. Numbers are ecosystem-wide (Dune) — not Compost performance.

Teams deploy their own perp markets on Hyperliquid and take a defined share of the fees. HIP-3 spec →

HIP-4 adds outcome markets — yes/no contracts, mainnet since May 2 with a daily BTC binary. HIP-4 board →

A side build: WAR.MARKET

A weekend build that won the Hyperliquid London Hackathon at Encode Club. One-click macro baskets on Hyperliquid: pick a thesis (Taiwan invasion, oil shock, AI collapse), set size and leverage, and the trades fan out through Pear Protocol and settle on HL.

What HIP-3 unlocks once the execution layer catches up — from the trade side instead of the deposit side. Live demo, open source, kept online for reference.

The cHYPE concept (parked)

Pool HYPE, route it to HIP-3 builder markets, share the fees, get one receipt token — cHYPE.

Written up September 2025, parked while we map the ecosystem first.
