❤️ The Next Chapter of Your Healing
🌱 Moving Forward With Self-Trust & Compassion
14-week Rewired Healing Series- Week 14
MOVING FORWARD WITH SELF-TRUST & COMPASSION
⚠️ Trauma-Informed Reminder
Some of what’s shared here might bring up strong emotions or old memories. Please go at your own pace.
✔️ Pause or step away if you feel overwhelmed - that awareness is part of healing.
✔️ Use grounding tools if your body feels tense (a few deep breaths, stretching, or orienting can help).
✔️ Skip this entirely if it doesn’t feel safe for you today. Your emotional safety comes first - always.
🌟 Congratulations! You made it!
Fourteen straight weeks of showing up for yourself.
You learned:
How to calm your nervous system when it felt out of control.
How to notice a trigger before it pulled you under.
How to offer compassion to your inner child.
That boundaries aren’t selfish — they’re a sign of self-love.
Most people spend their whole lives avoiding this kind of deep inner work.
But not you — you did it. 🌟
🌜This is the Final Post in the Rewired Healing Series
But it’s not the end of your healing.
It’s the beginning of carrying what you’ve practiced into your daily life — not as another task on your list, but as a natural part of how you live and care for yourself.
🧠 Now It’s Time to Integrate All Your Favorite Tools
As you’ve learned earlier in the series, integration is what makes healing stick — it’s the steady weaving-in of tools until they feel like second nature.
It’s not about piling on new tools.
It’s about weaving what you already know — grounding, regulation, reconnecting with your inner child, setting boundaries — into your daily patterns.
Think of it like physical therapy.
The first sessions feel new and hopeful.
But the real progress happens when those small movements become second nature — part of how you move through the world.
Your nervous system works the same way. Through neuroplasticity (your brain’s ability to rewire itself through repeated practice), each choice strengthens new pathways until they become steady and reliable, allowing you to:
✋ Pause instead of snapping
🌬️ Breathe instead of shutting down
💛 Speak kindly to yourself instead of piling on shame
🌱 Sustainable Healing
Sustainable healing doesn’t mean rigid routines or doing everything perfectly.
It means daily patterns that feel safe and doable, like:
Starting with just one tool you know you’ll return to daily
Adjusting when life gets messy — writing one sentence in your journal when ten pages feels impossible
Simply noticing you’ve slipped… and gently beginning again without shame.
The power isn’t in doing it perfectly.
The power is in returning to yourself with love & compassion.
✨ Reflection prompts
Take a few moments to sit think about the following:
What’s one tool, practice, or strategy from the series you’re excited to use going forward?
How has your definition of healing shifted since Week 1?
What’s one phrase you can lean on when you face a setback?
(Examples: “This is hard, but I’m learning.” or “Setbacks are part of the process.”)
We would love to hear your thoughts!
🎓 Graduation Toolkit
To make this last step easier, I’ve created a Graduation Toolkit - Free Integration Toolkit you can download as a PDF.
Inside you’ll find:
A Mini Integration Map with prompts + examples to jot down your go-to grounding, regulation, inner child, and boundary tools
A few Compassion Phrases you can lean on when setbacks happen
A One-Question Daily Check-In to help you stay steady without overwhelm
✨ [Download the Free Integration Toolkit here]
🎉 A Certificate to Celebrate You
To honor your dedication, we have a Rewired Healing Series Completion Certificate just for you!
You’ve earned this by showing up week after week, doing the brave work of looking inward, and continuing to choose compassion over avoidance.
✨ Send us a message and we will send you your Certificate!
💫 Moving Forward Together
Thank you for letting us walk alongside you these past fourteen weeks.
It’s been a privilege to share not just tools, but pieces of our own journey, as you grew brave enough to face your own. This isn’t the end — just a pause, a breath, before the next chapter unfolds.
Finishing this series doesn’t mean your healing is complete — it means you now have tools, language, and practices to carry with you in everyday life. Healing is a path that keeps unfolding, and you don’t have to walk it alone.
This community is just beginning.
From here, we’ll be showing up in your inbox each week with:
🌱 A trauma-informed newsletter with education on C-PTSD, generational trauma, and narcissistic abuse and recovery — plus reflections and tools you can use right away
🎙️ Podcasts with both of us — giving you the survivor’s voice and the partner’s perspective
❤️ Stories, blogs, resources, and practices to remind you that healing is possible, connection is real, and you’re part of something bigger than your past
Because this isn’t just about completing a series.
It’s about building a steady pattern of support, encouragement, and growth - together.
We’ll keep showing up for you, and we hope you’ll keep showing up for yourself.
With love and compassion,
Kristin & Travis ❤️

💌 Share + Reflect With Others
If this series has been meaningful for you, consider sharing it with someone else in your life who might need it.
And if you feel comfortable, we’d love your honest feedback about The Rewired Series — what helped, what stood out, and what you’d like more of as we continue growing and healing together.
🔄 Ways to Keep Using This Series
Even though our 14 weeks are complete, your growth and self-discovery with these posts can keep building:
📖 Revisit your worksheets
Pull out your completed worksheets from the series
Ask yourself: Do I see myself differently now?
What once felt impossible may feel more doable today.✍️ Repeat the reflections
Prompts about triggers, boundaries, or shame will land differently as your nervous system grows safer. Try answering them again — notice what’s shifted.🌱 Use the series as a reset
Feeling stuck or overwhelmed? Start back at Week 1 and move through slowly. Each post is designed to stand on its own but also builds step by step.🤝 Pair posts together
Some weeks go hand in hand:Week 3 (Regulation Tools) + Week 12 (Setbacks) → when tools stop working
Week 4 (Inner Child) + Week 5 (Reparenting) → when you want to nurture yourself
Week 6 (Shame) + Week 8 (Triggers) → when old patterns of blame resurface
🧩 Check in with your nervous system
Healing isn’t linear. A tool that didn’t land the first time might feel supportive later. Give yourself permission to circle back withour guilt or shame.

What a great series this has been! Thank you for all your time and effort to helping others. I've just been dipping in here and there because I've just relocated, but I plan to come back and do this start to finish.
