Ok, I tested it our own system created a same configuration. It works. The only different between the two environments: The customer envi is on cloud version 26.6... Our environment is on-prem and version 26.5. Did you see same situation? Now we solved this an additional workflow steps because after the document modify the name property calculated well. A dropdown/popup allows the user to search and select any other folder. This significantly improves performance and usability on views with 400+ virtual folders. **Observed behavior (M-Files Web)** In M-Files Web, the view ignores the setting and **lists all 499 folders** regardless. The "recently selected" filtering is not applied.
