Across Terra Australis, the number of Common Law Sheriffs is growing rapidly, with daily enquiries from people ready to get involved. More and more individuals are recognising the deception and corruption within the current administrative system — and they are stepping forward to take action.
Common Law Sheriffs, as Guardians of the Law, are committed to full accountability. When Lawful Due Process is ignored and harm results, responsibility is upheld without exception. The ongoing disregard for lawful conduct reveals how corporate entities and elements of the judiciary fight to preserve their control.
Meanwhile, federal and local governments — privately owned, registered offshore, and operating under a maritime system of “Guardianship” — are steadily losing their grip. Though “Guardianship” sounds benign, it conceals a system of control amounting to modern-day slavery. Its roots stretch back more than seven centuries to the Unum Sanctum of 1302, when Pope Boniface VIII declared dominion over the Earth and all its inhabitants, laying the foundation for centuries of spiritual and legal control.
Today, Common Law Sheriffs are restoring Rule of Law: All are equal before the law, and Lawful Due Process back to our communities.

The Sheriffs Office of Terra Australis has been developed out of the Sovereign Peoples Assembly of Western Australia, as we are receiving an increasing number of reports from the People outlining Crimes Against Humanity by the Police and Corporate Departments.

On 8th May 2023, the 21st Grand Jury of Terra Australis passed an order, that We The People may now name our Public Servants, paid on the public purse and employed by us, for their failures in Lawful Due Process, and the damage and harm that failure causes to the People.
