Open item monitoring
The outstanding payments are displayed in a clear list after integration with weclapp. Overdue invoices are automatically recognised and marked in red.
The status of the invoices is also displayed in colour and can be handled flexibly.
Automagically to the Cash flow plan
You don't have one yet Cash flow plan? COMMITLY transfers the transactions read by the bank into a best practice template for monitoring!
Customise them to your liking and COMMITLY will do it for you.

Through the connection with weclapp, all unpaid invoices are imported into COMMITLY via interface at the push of a button.
This automatically creates an easily readable open item list. In the list, different statuses can be assigned to the individual items. Colour highlighting supports the readability.
Of course, the open items are also taken into account in the liquidity planning! This gives you an immediate overview of your short-term liquidity development - accurate to the day!
- Log in to weclapp.
- Go to My Settings -> API
- Copy the API token - you will need to enter this later in COMMITLY.
- Ausserdem benötigen Sie Ihre weclapp Tenant ID: Sie finden diese in der weclapp url https://<tenant>.weclapp.com
- Click on "Setup > Integrations".
- There you click on "connect weclapp".
- Enter your tenant ID and the copied API token here.
- In the menu "Open items" you can now synchronise your account by clicking on "Load weclapp invoices".
