Open item monitoring
The outstanding payments are displayed in a clear list after integration with MOCO. Overdue invoices are automatically recognised and marked in red.
The status of the invoices is also displayed in colour and can be handled flexibly.

You don't have one yet Cash flow plan? COMMITLY transfers the transactions read by the bank into a best practice template for monitoring!
Customise them to your liking and COMMITLY will do it for you.

Through the connection with MOCO, all unpaid invoices are imported into COMMITLY via interface at the push of a button.
This automatically creates an easily readable open item list. In the list, different statuses can be assigned to the individual items. Colour highlighting supports the readability.
Of course, the open items are also taken into account in the liquidity planning! This gives you an immediate overview of your short-term liquidity development - accurate to the day!
- First click on your own account name in the top right-hand corner of MOCO and click on Profile.
- Then click on the Integrations tab.
- There please copy the personal API key.
- Click on "Setup > Integrations".
- There, click on "Connect MOCO".
- Enter your domain address. You will find the domain in the url of your MOCO accounts, e.g. https://ihr-unternehmen.mocoapp.com - in this example, use your-company as the domain.
- In the API Key field, paste the copied API key.
- In the menu "Open items" you can now synchronise your account by clicking on "Load MOCO invoices".
