[Sploosh. Seems that even though the PCD managed to escape being thrown into the water, the proud new owner did not. The small girl sputters and struggles for a moment, before she finally pulls herself onto the shore, sopping wet and looking utterly miserable.]

'Misaka wanted to go swimming, but not like that!' Misaka complains Misaka complains about how she was suddenly soaked!

[Said small girl, or 'Misaka' as it seems, suddenly seems to realize that, A, this is not anywhere that she knows, and B, it looks like she's entered world war three, with all the destruction around her. She takes notice of the device that's recording it, and brings it up to her face with a big grin as water droplets run down it from her hair.]

'Whoever is listening, can you please tell Misaka where she is?' Misaka requests Misaka requests kindly for help from the unknown audience.

[She pauses for a second as she considers something.]
