@TheOfficialPepperman i mean EXEs can go in and out if the creator doesn't want them in or if he gets fired
Survivors are SEGA characters, the only reason why they leave some out are because of not fitting the style of the game, so the only reason to scrap a survivor is if they think it doesn't fit the game currently so they swap it out for another (Like for example thinking Infinite doesn't fit the current way the game works so they swap him out for Tangle or smt)
