I need help. It's about my sleep schedule. If you would just please, watch the flipbook, maybe you'll realize how bad my sleep is.
I always make comics so late at night (Midnight to 2AM)... and I just want this to stop.
ANY BOOSTS APPRECIATED.

on average i get 7-8 hours of sleep, maybe nine hours if i don't feel great
if you think comic studio is disrupting your sleep schedule, you could try to take a break from it, as devices could be the reason why you don't get enough sleep at night. You could try sleeping earlier to get more than 5 hours if that's possible
some milk can help too, unless you're lactose intolerant

Delete c.ai (its bad for the environment also ai is just bad in general)
Take a break from comic studio by logging out (keep the password so when you are ready to join again you will be able to log back in)
try drinking tea before bed it can help i think.
try listening to white noise or calm music while sleeping if it helps.
maybe try setting a limit so after a certain hour you can't access your phone or devices.

I don't think AI is bad although that's no surprise on my end, but I had to delete Talkie cuz it also distracted me. C.ai is really fun, you can play out lives of your OCs, no limit to creativity levels, and even can help with your social skills, but if it causes you problems then yeah delete it

Oh my god, I remember I used to stay up till 6, atleast now I do it till 10pm, but you should take care of yourself, atleast have a drink or stop using cs for a while, hope this helps

for me, when I can't sleep I talk to myself about what's on my mind and I basically act like my own therapist (sorry if that's weird) and it helps me to even talk to myself about it and I try to find out how to handle it and I tell myself i'll start dealing with it tomorrow and then I read a book or two until my eyelids are heavy and I go to sleep. also use a really comfy pillow and keep tossing and turning, it also helps me, get into new positions to sleep too, also change the temperature and stuff. hope this helps!

I would suggest drinking milk and taking melatonin before bed. I also suggest moving your devices somewhere away from your room

oh ive been having thiz problem zince kindergarten but then again i have really bad adhd andmy parentz dont want me to get treated for it and they wont get me perzcribed zo my teachers dont yell at me during clazz and they wont even try behavioral therapy for my adhd

Try to read a book or a puzzle book because it keeps your brain working to the fact it makes it tired that it will automatically shut off and put you to sleep. My dad actually found me in bed, with a pencil and a activity book on my face which proves that this method works. I hope this helps bc this is how much I can help despite still being a minor in middle school. 😀

I had the same sleeping prblm and my solution was asmr and strict sleep schedules. I also had help with my parents as they put a parental control which completely disable certain apps.
also (thats prob only for me) read very boring books in bed. for me, it was such a boredom thaat it would actually help me sleep
- take breaks too
- don't nap its throwing off your sleeping schedule
- you have to mentally block internet
- its going to be a long process ; don't give up even if you fail!!
