Probably this post will be deleted , but I just give up and have to say what I think !
The whole software is a big joke. It crashes so often that you cannot possibly be confident enough to use it for a real gig. Maybe a home play , but never in a real club. And the support , ohh that is the best part. First asked for some help with the mapping , but according to them this is costumization and not my responsibility, yes of course , but I was asking how to create a certain function , if their VDJ Script Language was better documented with more examples, I would have never needed to ask them anything.
The VDJ Script WIKI doesn't have all verbs and most of them don't have any examples to understand how to use them.
The nightmare started with the net search which was 1 day on and another week off f.
Later they removed it at all and asked for extra payment to get the Pro membership. Are you crazy ? It is not even stable and you ask for more money ? Let me tell you again you are a big joke !
I forgot about it and continued using it with my vestax VCI-100 , but gueass what ? Crash after crash. I asked for support and after one month of troubleshooting they asked me to buy another computer. I didn't believe it will solve the problem , but decided to give it a try , because it was time for an upgrade anyway. I think here you can guess that it didn't make a lot of difference , simply because this software is one big joke.
Don't get me wrong , I use to be a big fan of it , untill I decided to use it proffesionaly with my newly purchased Vestax VCI-100 this is where I realized how unstable and unusable it is.
So now they even won't reply to my requests for support , for the simple reason that they can't fix it !!!.
SO EVERYBODY - BE AWARE and don't buy it.
Of course now I tried to get rid of it on ebay , but they even removed my listing because it is in violation with there rights ,.
I ask them what about mine ?
