Why my McAfee program is not updated automaticaly to a new version?

I deleted manual a lot of empty registry keys in the HKLM and Wow6432node empties.
now spyware begone only starts in the windows safe mode.
how can I repair this. all the other software show a normal layout.

I like the program for the most part, but I would like the option to see
Control Panel items grouped as they are in Windows 7's default Control Panel
window. I like the smaller groups that Windows uses because they allow me
to quickly find what I want with only a couple of clicks instead of having to read
through all of the individual programs.
