What is Dozer Day®?
Dozer Day® is a one-of-a-kind, family-friendly event that allows kids to hop into the driver’s seat of real construction equipment—dozers, excavators, backhoes, and more—with professional operators guiding them! More than just fun—Dozer Day promotes careers in construction and raises money for charity!
Benefitting Communities
A portion of the proceeds from Dozer Day Colorado will benefit two meaningful causes: Freedom Service Dogs, a nonprofit organization that transforms lives by partnering people with disabilities, veterans, and first responders with custom-trained service dogs, and Kicks for Kids, a local charity dedicated to providing new shoes to children in underprivileged schools.
Our first-ever Dozer Day Colorado in 2025 brought together over 2,300 families, industry partners, operators, and volunteers for an unforgettable weekend at Ritchie Bros. in Longmont. Together, we gave kids the chance to operate real construction equipment, meet the people who build our communities, and spark an interest in future careers in utility construction.
