While Z/XDC debugs live, running programs, DumpXDC applies the same powerful commands to captured system dumps. You get source-level visibility into failed programs without needing to reproduce the failure.
DumpXDC works in concert with IPCS, allowing you to use IPCS commands alongside Z/XDC's powerful FORMAT, MAP, DMAP, and LIST commands. Experienced IPCS users gain a whole new toolbox. Newer programmers can reduce their reliance on IPCS while still leveraging its capabilities.
