steps: 7
01. now get your base ready :D
02. layer >> new adjustment layer >> hue/saturation.
enter these settings:
hue: +4
saturation: -87
lightness: 0
03. make a new layer with #e1ff1b, set at softlight 50%
04. make a new layer with #4c0562, set at exclusion 100%
05. duplicate your base layer
06. filter >> blur >> gaussian blur.
radius: 2.7
07. set that layer at softlight 100%.
YOU ARE DONE! :D easy isnt it? no selective coloring! :D
