- Working product: MVP or beyond, not a deck and not a whitepaper.
- Real traction: paying customers, active users, TVL, revenue, or signed contracts with deliverables.
- Token planned: TGE in 2026 or Q1 2027.
- Pre-money valuation at or below $40M.
- 6+ months of operational history.
