Our app is available for Shopify and WordPress stores, you need to install our app, setup it and then your customers be getting OTP to their phones to verify their orders, get abandoned cart recovery messages and shipment details.
We're continusly working on our app to keep it more stable, bug free and more features.
Currently our main features are:
OTP (order verification) On Cash On Delivery orders and prepaid (optional) via WhatsApp, Phone Call, SMS (WordPress) & Email. 8 Languages Support , you can select any language for you store and customers be getting in same. Fully automatic and manual mode , so if you want Shipment notifications to be auto sent to all while OTP to the ones you only want to verify, you can do that. Single & Multiple Modes , you can choose WhatsApp, SMS, Email, IVR Call or Dual Mode so, they must get confirmation. Cancel Time (if a user do not reply in specific time, app will set it to cancelled), Follow Up (If user don't reply in specific time, app tries again to reach out), Cancel Order (Is an option if app set an order cancelled, it would also set as cancelled on your Shopify orders list). Address Validation Request: Customer gets a notification that the provided address (forwarded them too) was not valid and requested to send correct one to the store WhatsApp/SMS/Email. Form Builder: An easy COD Form Builder helps you get quick orders via Popup or embed order form. The form is fully customizable with a lot of features in.We offer free trial for our service and then charge per successful message delivered. The pricing vary on different locations and modes. We keep on working to add more languages and accepting new requests. Currently we have English, Spanish, Turkish, Italian, French, German, Malay, Arabic and Portugees.
Well, It's easy actually. Once you installed and activated the app you need to go to Configuration page and put in your WhatsApp support phone,your store name, select relevant message language and mode then save it.
