Also covered are practical examples and exercises of how you can use AI to assist in creating emails, agendas, outlines, press releases, instructions, travel plans, and even content for PowerPoint slides.

Finally, AI bias, privacy issues, AI in business, best practices, and future trends will be addressed.

Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Automate

This is an instructor-led micro-credential course that includes a curriculum, practical hands-on exercises, and assessments. Microsoft Co-Pilot is an A.I. companion for your work life that will interface with all your existing Microsoft products. 365 Chat introduces a powerful new capability to tame the complex, eliminate drudgery, and reclaim time at work.

This training also teaches you Power Automate, so you can automate repetitive business processes. These automated processes are called “flows”. Employees are empowered to create their own solutions. Learn templates and practice creating flows.

Team Collaboration Tools: OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint

OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint are all part of Microsoft 365 and give team members integrated and flexible ways to work on their projects and tasks. OneDrive allows online file storage for one user, Teams is for a small group of users, and SharePoint is for sharing and collaborating with everyone.

Learn how to store, sync, and share files. Collaborate with colleagues using multiple tools to enhance productivity. Use permission management and create either public or private teams. Have a conversation, work together, edit documents in real-time, and meet where the work is happening online.
