Rania<\/span>\u00a0Adwan<\/span>\u00a0is obsessed with designing systemic change that makes our power structures more fair, just, and equitable. She\u2019s been especially focused on police reform, working with City leaders, oversight agencies, and law enforcement.<\/p>\nWhen she\u2019s not gently pushing cops to do better and be better, she partners with leaders, encouraging and supporting transformation and cultural change.<\/p>\n
Her insatiable curiosity and passion for connection fueled her career as a journalist and editor early on. She\u2019s since strung together some incredible adventures (growing a Fortune 100 company by influencing and convincing partners on new work streams) and experiences (coaching a royal family member on her first public speaking engagement) into a unique professional trajectory. She has been a diplomatic and trusted confidante to public and private sector leaders with experience spanning the Middle East, Asia, the US, the UK, and the Caribbean.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/h4>\n

Students will be responsible for committing to the full schedule of the program, no absences are allowed and strong time management is expected. Once committed to the program students are expected to fulfill all aspects of the challenge and work collaboratively with each other and be attentive to the design educators. At the end of the challenge, all participants will be awarded the total stipend for the challenge.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
