I solved it myself with the follwing commands:

svn copy src\main\java\com\dvd\web\web-app.properties src\main\resources\com\dvd\web\web-app_de.properties svn move src\main\java\com\dvd\web\web-app.properties src\main\resources\com\dvd\web\web-app.properties

Am I the only one to see the irony in this?

I got the same problem (only with locale de) for blimey demo from a training course. And instead of concentrating on my course I now have to fix this stupidity. Why is Struts not just using the default language instead of a annoying error message? So from the course I take home: ”Struts is difficult to use better stick with POS (Plain Old Servlets) and JSP”.

Enough of ranting. Has anybody got a quick fix for this problem? Remember: just a throw away demo - no need for proper fix with real multi language support.

I passed the OCPJBCD on today with 75%. Honestly, some of those questions where so remote I am more then glad I made it in the end. And with 15 years of SQL to show having only 33% on JPQL is a bit of a disappointment. I guess the differences are larger then I thought.

Anyway OCPJWSD next.

As I said no access to detailed scores for passes. I guess it is another measurement against fraught. On the other hand it makes the whole SCJD a guesswork. If you are concerned: Code the way you like it best (after all you have to read your own code most of the time) and at the end run the code through a carefully set up Eclipse cleanup/format at the end.

Any way you like. I used Allman style instead of the Sun Style and still passed. I did describe my style choices in the first chapter of choices.txt .

I passed the SCJP on April the 14 with 81% and the SCJD on August the 18. - I submitted on July the 29 so it took Sun only 20 day to check my work - No result details any more for the passed SCJD, only if you fail you get the detailed breakdown nowadays.
