This may include name, address, phone number, email address, Social Security number, date of birth, financial information, and other details that can uniquely identify a person.<\/p>\n<h3>Retaliation<\/h3>\n<p>Taking adverse action against an individual in response to their reporting of an ethics and compliance concern or participation in an investigation.<\/p>\n<h3>Slavery<\/h3>\n<p>Exploitation and control of individuals for forced labor, human trafficking, debt bondage, domestic servitude, forced marriage, and other forms of exploitation, often in violation of human rights and labor laws.<\/p>\n<h3>Sustainability<\/h3>\n<p>Meeting the needs of current generations without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs, while balancing economic, social, and environmental considerations.<\/p>\n<h3>Whistleblower<\/h3>\n<p>A whistleblower is an individual\u2014often an employee\u2014who reports or discloses information about potential wrongdoing, misconduct, or illegal activities within an organization. This can include fraud, corruption, safety violations, or unethical practices.
