My suggestion:
We want Phosh's sources to be easy to find. That's why we provide a read-only mirror at https://github.com/Phoshmobi.
This also allows people to have their contributions visible on their GitHub profile.
Do note, that we will never require contributors to have an account there and all bug reporting and development
happens on on more libre platforms.
I went for a slightly different variant as phrog is hosted there atm.
