About Online Leave Management System PHP MySQL Project<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

In particular, this Leave Management System project in PHP MySQL focuses mainly on keeping track of employees’ leave applications. Also, the system displays all the employee records with their respective department. In addition, the system allows managing department and their designation. Evidently, this project contains an admin and employee panel. In an overview of this web application, an administrator has full control over the system. He\/she can manage leave applications, employee records, and more. Here, each and every section has its own respective details such as name and other important details. However, the admin first has to set up employee details according to their department with the designation. In fact, the management of both department and designation falls under the admin panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manage Employee Leave Application and Employee<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Likewise, the system allows managing these application records. At first, the system collects all the pending applications under the application section. Here, the admin has to recommend the application and view their leave details. Also, this particular section is a kind of mandatory field. Meanwhile, the administrator can take action upon the recommended applications. In fact, this section also shows an overview of total leave days with requested and due. As soon as the admin takes action, the system automatically prints out a physical application form with a number of details. With it, the system automatically proceeds towards the management of leave days for that particular employee. Regarding the employee section, each employee will have their own employee code and login details. Besides, the system will require filling out a number of details for each employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leave History<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

It’s kind of obvious that whenever a system allows employee leave management will surely contain a section for history too. So, this project contains a separate section in order to list out all the leave history of the employees. For this, an admin has to view the profile of any employee. In return, the system displays all the leave history. It is worth mentioning that, the history section contains record fields such as apply date, leave from, and to dates. Also, there’s a separate message for those employees who does not fall under such category. Furthermore, this particular section helps to clarify all the total leave days for any employees without any hesitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Employee Panel and Leave Application<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

On the other hand, an employee can simply log in to the system and apply for leave days. Here, an employee needs to provide details regarding leave days such as type, dates, reason, and more. Also, the system displays an application form for the confirmation of leave application submission. Else, all other actions are to be maintained by the admin side. In addition, the user can view his\/her profile and update some information. Also, the user can check his\/her total remaining leave days. Besides, the user can simply have an overview of other minor information such as employees’ blood group with their contact details. Moreover, the main purpose of an employee’s account is to apply for a leave application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
