The project is divided into two categories: Admin and Staff Panel. In an overview of this web application, the staff account has its own limitations within the system. The staff can only contribute to maintaining the sales item. For this, the user has to enter the customer’s name, select medicines, and quantity. With it, the system displays the total payment amount and the user has to enter a paid amount to proceed. And finally, the admin can proceed towards maintaining medicine inventory. For this, the user has to select a generic name, medicine name, supplier, enter quantity, unit price, selling price, expiry date, and more. With the settlement of these things, the system also calculates the total due amount for a certain supplier. Both prices per unit and selling price play a vital role in detecting profit\/loss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purchase Statement and Supplier Payment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

An admin can list out all the medicine purchase statements by selecting certain dates with respect to the medicine name and supplier company. This results in displays all the purchases done by the system within that particular date period. The purchase statement consists of details such as medicine name, presentation, and a generic name. With it, the system also displays the supplier’s name, per unit price, total quantity, total amount, paid, due, and expiry dates. And for checking out a supplier’s payment, an admin has to select the supplier’s name which displays all the due amounts. And not just it, it also filters records with date, total paid, and due amount. Here, the user can make payments for clearing up the due amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Medicine Sales Management and Sales Statement<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Another best thing about this project is that it also allows the user to manage their sales. In order to maintain the sales, the user has to provide certain details. Such as customer’s mail, medicine name, and quantity. By setting up these fields, the system automatically displays the total amount with the selling price. Here, the admin can add numerous records for selling purposes. At last, the user has to enter the discount amount with the payment amount. The system allows printing simple invoices as soon as the transaction completes. With the management of sales, it is important to list our their statement too. For generating a statement, the user has to select within a date range. And as a result, the system displays all the sales items with their total amount and total sales amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accounting, Staff Management and More<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

On the other hand, the account section helps the user to detect current profit and loss for the total sales. The user has to provide details such as date from, to, and medicine name. With it, the system generates reports. The report contains details such as sold quantity, purchase price, selling price, and overall profit\/loss. The system displays the total profit\/loss amount by mentioning the current state. Additionally, an admin can manage staff accounts too by providing username and password details. Also, the admin has the right to remove and update staff accounts. Besides, the admin can view overviews of today’s purchase amount, purchase due amount, sales of the month, expired products, today’s sale, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
