Moving on, this complaint management system project in PHP focuses mainly on dealing with the customer\u2019s complaint lists regarding the choice of complaints. Also, the system displays all the available lists displaying names of customers, dates, subjects, messages, etc. This project is divided into three categories: Admin, Engineer, and Customer Panel. In an overview of this web app, the user can simply register to the system and head over to the complaint section to start. In order to file a complaint, a user has to fill up details such as his\/her contact details, complaint subject, and message. Besides, the system automatically fills certain fields like name, email, and reference number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Admin Panel<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

When it comes to the admin panel, the user has all the access to the system. An admin receives all the complaint messages where he\/she can view each detail of it such as customer’s name, date of the complaint, reference number, subject, message. It also allows deleting the complaints if he\/she wants to. But, another interesting thing is that an admin user can forward each complaint message to their engineer’s account. For forwarding the customer’s complaint towards the engineer’s account, he\/she has to pass through a basic security question for verification. Also, an admin user can post recent status by entering status tile and message. All the users can view the admin’s recent status on their own dashboard. Besides, it also allows user management and updating profiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Engineer Panel<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

On the other hand, a user can simply register as an engineer or an admin has to register him\/her to access the engineer’s panel. Here, the engineer receives all the forwarded complaints from the admin under their inbox section. In addition to it, each complaint contains the sender’s name with each and every detail attached to it. An engineer has access to view the total number of customers, engineers, complaints, and forwarded complaints from their dashboard. He\/she cannot update his profile or manage users. An engineer account limits such access to the system unlike admin as the main work of the engineer here is to receive the forwarded complaints and act on them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last but not least, a clean and responsive dashboard is presented with simple color combinations for a greater user experience while using this online complaint management system project in PHP.
