Bug Description

The metadefs for the watchdog features, located in etc/metadefs/compute-watchdog.json, seem to be invalid and should read:

   "resource_type_associations": [
        {
            "name": "OS::Glance::Image",
            "prefix": "hw_"
        },
        {
            "name": "OS::Nova::Flavor",
            "prefix": "hw:"
        }
    ],

The "hw" prefix should also be removed from the property.
