The os_admin_user image property was added to nova in the liberty release:
It's used to specify the admin username in a guest, otherwise nova defaults to root for linux guests and Administrator for windows guests. It's used when changing the admin password in the guest.
There is a metadef for the property so we could just use that for the docs:
Only the libvirt driver in nova currently uses the os_admin_user image property.
