missing multihash filter on image-list command

Bug Description

The Images API supports filtering on the os_hash_value, which is an indexed field. The glanceclient image-list command should support a filter like it does for 'checksum'.

    Add image-list filter for multihash

    This was missed when multihash support was added to the glanceclient.
    The os_hash_value is an indexed field in the API.

    Includes a release note.

    Closes-bug: #1788271
