Simple Form is developed using PHP, CSS, and JavaScript. This project is all about the generation of details adding form page to add the information in the record. This project includes create and read operation from the CRUD operation. Also, there is some validation used in the project to make it more attractive and functioning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About the System<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Talking about the features of this project, the user can simply write their name , email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, address and select multiple hobbies that they want to keep in the record. Also, you can view the stored data. Also, the design of this project is pretty simple so that the user won\u2019t find any difficulties while working on it. There is some validation in the project which makes the project more realistic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How To Run??<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

To run this project you must have installed virtual server i.e XAMPP<\/a> on your PC (for Windows). Simple Form in PHP with source code is free to download, Use for educational purposes only!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After Starting Apache and MySQL in XAMPP, follow the following steps<\/em>
1st Step<\/strong>:<\/em> Extract file
2nd Step:<\/em><\/strong> Copy the main project folder
3rd Step:<\/em><\/strong> Paste in xampp\/htdocs\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4th Step:<\/em><\/strong> Open a browser and go to URL \u201chttp:\/\/localhost\/phpmyadmin\/\u201d
5th Step:<\/strong><\/em> Then, click on the databases tab
6th Step:<\/strong><\/em> Create a database naming \u201cform\u201d and then click on the import tab
7th Step:<\/em><\/strong> Click on browse file and select \u201cform.sql\u201d file 
8th Step:<\/em><\/strong> Click on go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9th Step:<\/em><\/strong> Open a browser and go to URL \u201chttp:\/\/localhost\/form\/\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
