The Coaching Management System In PHP is a simple project developed using PHP, JavaScript, and CSS. The project contains 7 modules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Super Admin (Admin of main\/Head center)<\/li>
  2. Admin (Each Center has its own “Center Admin”)<\/li>
  3. HOD (Each Center has subject wise HOD’s)<\/li>
  4. Mentor (Each Batch in each center has their own mentors)<\/li>
  5. Teacher (Each center has their own teachers and their accounts)<\/li>
  6. Student (Each student of each center has different accounts)<\/li>
  7. Parents (Each Parent have a different account)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The super admin manages admin and centers, can view teachers, students, and batches. Likewise, the admin manages the students’ records, teachers records, add batches and timetable, assign teacher or mentors to different batches and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Head of Department(HOD) can look for teachers records along with managing the students’ records. While, the mentors and teachers can only manage the students’ records like their marks, attendance, and so on. And the students and their parents can log in to look for their attendance, timetable, marks, and fees. This project is a simple project specially designed for coaching institutes to keep the records of teachers and students activities in a proper way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This Coaching Management System is in PHP, JavaScript, and CSS. About the features of this system, it contains the admin sections and other various user sections. The design of this system is simple so that the user won\u2019t get any difficulties while working on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How To Run The Project?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    To run this project, you must have installed a virtual server i.e XAMPP<\/a> on your PC (for Windows). This Coaching Management System is in PHP with source code is free to download, Use for educational purposes only!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    After Starting Apache and MySQL in XAMPP, follow the following steps.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1st Step:<\/strong><\/em> Extract file
    2nd Step:<\/strong><\/em> Copy the main project folder
    3rd Step: <\/em><\/strong>Paste in xampp\/htdocs\/<\/ins><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4th Step:<\/em><\/strong> Open a browser and go to URL \u201chttp:\/\/localhost\/phpmyadmin\/\u201d
    5th Step:<\/strong><\/em> Then, click on the databases tab
    6th Step:<\/strong><\/em> Create a database naming \u201ccims\u201d and then click on the import tab
    7th Step:<\/em><\/strong> Click on browse file and select \u201ccims.sql\u201d file which is inside the \u201ccims\u201d folder
    8th Step:<\/em><\/strong> Click on go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    9th Step:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Open a browser and go to URL \u201chttp:\/\/localhost\/cims \/\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
