When we experience nervousness or anxiety around sexual experience, our breaths are shallow and quick. Our heart rate increases. Our gut clenches. Blood leaves the genital tissues.
We lose our capacity for feeling fully.

Somatic sex education can show us how to become emotionally empowered in our sexual relationships and expand our emotional range through direct sexual touch, expressing body boundaries, and encounter and releasing trauma. This environment of loving kindness and complete acceptance allows us to deepen our emotional capacity.
We lack erotic knowledge, so through building a bridge between conscious and unconscious responses you open possibilities for making new choices in our pathways to pleasure. You'll dive into genital anatomy, the physiology of multiple orgasms, how to touch, how to negotiate desires, and many other things about sex, often linked to the unconscious.
Pleasure helps us connect with the divine within and around us, and bodywork can teach us how to consciously access profound ecstatic and erotic states.
