Activate Toggle Admin Toolbar through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

Manual Installation

Upload the entire toggle-admin-toolbar directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate Toggle Admin Toolbar through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
