Meme transfer underway
Okay, for the few who haven't seen this yet, the idea is to make a comment about everyone on your friends list, without attaching names to any of the comments. To up the challenge a little, I'll tell you now that these are NOT in the order on my friends list, but I think most of you will be able to recognize at least yourself anyway:
You don't think you're any good, but the rest of us know better. Let the fact that you see your imperfections encourage you to keep trying, keep improving, instead of quitting where you are.
You're the only one on this list I met through LJ. Spotted you responding to a couple friends of mine repeatedly... you always seemed to have something good to say. Don't remember who added who first, but I'm glad for the chance to get to know you either way.
I forever wonder what you're on. Sometimes I wish you'd let your real side show (unless that is your real side, which I suppose is possible), but you do manage to keep me amused in the meantime.
Still your biggest fan. *grin* Whatever happened to that anyway? You were supposed to come up with a big-ass conclusion. Anyway, you rarely post here or elsewhere anymore. Maybe I'll say hi next time I spot you on ICQ just for old times' sake.
Hey, artistic talent isn't everything. ^^; You still rock, regardless.
LJ is a two-way street, buddy... post something occasionally!
The "slice-of-life" poster on my list. Don't let people push you around; that's MY mistake to make. :p
I know you're still online -- you never seem to leave ICQ -- but I haven't seen you actually say or post anything in ages. I seem to remember talking to you more in the past; wonder what happened there...
I first got to know you through your writing. You seem to have mellowed out a lot since then... still not sure if that's a good or a bad thing.
I'll admit you're probably the most depressing (and definitely most vulgar) person on my list. Maybe I keep you on because I need someone like that to bring me back to earth now and then... to remind me that sometimes life sucks and you've got to deal with it.
Sometimes I'm not sure what to make of you. You're probably the wildest, most free individual I know, though.
You got da MAD ART SKILLZ. I also hope to encourage your RPing, grasshopper; you show potential.
You're not the center of the universe, but neither are you someone who doesn't matter. Just be you, and be satisfied with that, and the rest of us will too.
Used to look up to you, mostly due to newbie awe... don't anymore, but I still think you're an amusing fellow... even if I don't agree with a lot of your perspectives.
Good friend, RPing partner, occasional confidante, eternal idealist. Glad to have met you.
To be honest, I only added you because you added me first. But you haven't said anything that's made me want to kick you back off the list yet, if that makes you feel better. *shrug*
I remember you briefly from the boards, but mostly know you through a mutual friend. I added you mostly to understand You-Know-Who's other half a bit better, and so far I approve. ;p
I've said it before and I'll say it again: you are so incredibly special to me. I don't think there's a better word in the English language to describe it (certainly nothing I'm feeling brave enough to put here). I enjoy every second I spend talking to you. Take care of yourself, and remember I'm here whenever you need me...
Fair warning, btw... The last time I will be online before I head home will likely be (your) Sunday evening. I'll try to be online at my usual time then, but Monday evening will be out of the question due to some sightseeing plans, and I doubt I'll have time to even briefly duck online before I catch my train for the airport the day after. And once I'm back, I'll likely be using my parent's computer for the rest of the month, which means a) dialing up at late hours and b) probably no chat program access. Hope to talk to you before then.
