Real meeting prep requires insights about the actual people attending, not generic meeting tips or productivity features.
CALENDAR INTEGRATION
Meeting prep insights based on your calendar
Cloverleaf delivers meeting prep coaching based on who you're meeting with. Insights appear automatically before 1:1s and team meetings.
Delivered in Gmail, Outlook, Slack, or Teams
Daily Coaching shaped by your actual calendar
Calendar integration personalizes all Daily Coaching based on who you actually meet with most often. Coaching tips prioritize teammates you collaborate with frequently, identified through recurring meetings and calendar patterns. Development support aligns with actual working relationships, not just organizational structure. Calendar data ensures coaching remains relevant to your day-to-day collaboration.
Meeting dashboards for group dynamics
Meeting Dashboards provide real-time insights for meetings with two or more teammates. View assessment results, team roles, and thinking style comparisons for all attendees before the meeting starts. Understand group dynamics, potential communication gaps, and team strengths based on who’s in the room.
What to evaluate in any calendar integration
Does meeting prep reflect who's actually attending?
Cloverleaf’s calendar integration delivers coaching specific to the people in each meeting. Before a 1:1 with a teammate who values accuracy, receive tips on creating an orderly meeting atmosphere. Before a team meeting with multiple thinking styles, see where communication gaps might emerge.
Does calendar integration understand who you meet with most?
Cloverleaf calendar integration identifies who you meet with most often and personalizes Daily Coaching based on those relationships. Calendar data informs which teammates appear in your coaching tips and meeting dashboards. Development support aligns with the people you actually collaborate with, not just organizational reporting structure.

Enterprise-ready calendar integration
How the integration works
Google Workspace admins manage access through API controls. Microsoft admins consent on behalf of the organization or allow individual user consent. Once connected, Daily Calendar Digest delivers via email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams based on user notification preferences. Multiple calendars can be connected.
What calendar data Cloverleaf accesses
Cloverleaf accesses calendar events to identify meeting attendees, date, time, and event names. Attendee emails are matched to Cloverleaf user accounts to deliver relevant coaching. Event descriptions and other calendar details are not accessed. Calendar data is read-only.
Security and compliance
Cloverleaf is SOC 2 Type II certified across all five Trust Service Criteria, ISO 27001:2022 certified, and GDPR aligned. Calendar integration uses OAuth authentication. Users control their own calendar connections and can disconnect at any time.
Cloverleaf calendar integration ensures meeting prep happens before meetings start.
