The Tenimyu icon will now represent all stage play-related posts until I can come up with a better icon for it.

Anyway. Mononofu Shiroki Tora kicked off successfully yesterday and I can't wait to have this play on DVD. I wish they'd release it on DVD, damn it. Otherwise, I'll have to find a way to teleport to Japan and right into the Ten'nōsu Galaxy Theater.

I am speechless. They are all beautiful. (And just as I expected, the production people are deliberately keeping Tsune and Shin-chan away from each other, IDEK anymore). Beware of pic spam.

I'm so excited I can't breathe! It's 3 days til opening day. I can't wait to get this stage play on DVD. I hope it's released soon after the play is over.

Look at Shin-chan! And Tsune-kun! And Ryunosuke! And Atsushi! Everyone! They all look amazing. The sword-fighting lessons did pay well. I can't wait to see them all on stage. I wish I would've made it to Japan for this but I'll have to settle with the DVD. Tickets for the Tokyo shows are sold out anyway. I think same goes for the Nagoya and Osaka shows.

If anyone from Japan (Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka or its neighboring cities/prefectures) happens to see this post, let me know if you will be watching this.

I hope someone writes an original story or a fanfic AU inspired by this. Change the setting, worldbuild, whatever, but it would be awesome to read something similar with a BL or m/m romance twist in it where the main character falls in love with leader of the group of samurai/soldiers/whatever you come up with who came to their rescue during the war. Oh well...

Shoot... my obsession over Anzai Shintaro is becoming absolutely unhealthy. I should stop stalking him, I should stop combing through the internet to find every single project he has worked for or has been involved with, to scout for any video that has him on it and I should stop downloading his pics because my external drive is running out of space (one reason why I bought a new one, gosh).

Shin-chan, regardless of how silly your outfit looks, you still are extremely adorable that I just want to slip you in my pocket and keep you. Someone help me. This is a 21-year-old boy I'm obsessing over.

I need Tenimyu Dream Live 2014 now. No one has uploaded a single video yet :( I know it takes a while to divide an almost 3-hour show into separate performances and it might take a while to rip the whole thing and upload it. I just wish they ship DVDs outside Japan. Haven't tried CD Japan, but I want to see first if it's worth spending ¥12,869. I'm sure it is.

Look at those pretty pics. I need the video now. And I so want to see how they fit more or less 50 actors on stage. Dream Live 2013 worked with a center stage with 4 extended stages at the corners. With Shitenhoji's addition, it will be such a colorful sight, I'm sure. And the soundtrack... they haven't released the list of tracks yet. I'm so curious what songs they sang. I wish they'd sing Season from Season 1 (here's the season 2 version, which, in terms of singing, is a lot better. The only thing I like with the DL7 season 1 version is seeing Kubota Yuki cry). It will be heartbreaking but beautiful.

Oh yes! It's back!!! On its the 3rd season. The Winter Cup continues.

Kuroko no Basuke season 3 starts with a sort of unwinding episode. The last few seconds of Seirin's game against Yosen was shown then an interview of the Seirin regulars with Basketball Monthly. The interview itself is a filler but it's a brilliant way to recap Season 2. Then it's like a calm before a storm. A new character - a villain, I must say - is introduced and sets a stage for his upcoming match against Kise's team. And can I just say that Kise Ryouta is as gorgeous as ever?

Here's the opening theme, Punky Funky Love, performed by Granrodeo of course. (It won't be KNB without Granrodeo)

Amazing start. I shouldn't have read the manga because I know damn well what would happen now. I shouldn't read source materials for sports-related anime for that matter because it takes away the excitement from watching it. Oh well.

Instead, I've found distractions. Ugh. I'm supposed to be writing fics for the challenges due soon but here I am procrastinating. Well I was looking for inspiration so...

Oh well, I love this opening theme so I'm sharing it.

The song is called 'Prelude to a Revolution' sung by Suwabe Junichi who did the voice of my fave character, Atobe Keigo, from Prince of Tennis. Well actually, the song is from the New Prince of Tennis OVA (vs Genius 10).

Back to writing. (Self discipline seems to be my weakest point)

ETA: I just noticed the tag I used: 'hot guys make me drool'. LOL. I feel like the world's biggest pervert. While I won't drool over Echizen and Kintaro since they're the only characters in Prince of Tennis who look legit middle schoolers and are both first years, the rest don't, which is one of the few reasons this anime calls for suspension of disbelief when watching. But technically, the rest of the characters are between 14 to 15, yet I find them hot and I was just writing a smutty scene between two characters, belatedly realizing they're supposed to be 15 (oops) and there's a no-explicit-sex-for-under-18-characters in the challenge I'm writing for. Dang.

I was searching for pics of UtaPri cosplayers that I can use as references for the banner I'm creating for my journeystory fic. Anyway, I came across this video and was left in awe...

I love how they all took the BL route of the game. No, there isn't any BL route, don't believe me. In my head there is. Although, I've heard there are BL undertones in the game's friend end, especially in Debut. I haven't played the games nor am I planning to because it's raining het and I hate it. I'll stick with the anime.

Otoya (the red-haired one) is my favorite here (sorry Masato, I love you but...) because he's the cutest and the closest to the character.

The song at the beginning is Ao no Tsubasa by Miyano Mamoru (who voiced Ichinose Tokiya, in case anyone is curious), which was the opening theme of Uta no Prince-sama Repeat (the game).

It's coming! And I just want to scream!!!

The official site for the Uta no Prince-sama anime series today announced the title, main visual, staff, and premiere schedule for the upcoming third season of the TV anime following the first season Maji LOVE 1000% in 2011 and second season Maji LOVE 2000% in 2013.

The third season is titled Uta no Prince-sama♪ Maji Love Revolutions, and is scheduled to premiere in Japan in April 2015. Makoto Hoshio, who served as the main director for the second season, directs the third season. Yu Kou (Chrono Crusade, Zero no Tsukaima: Futatsuki no Kishi/Princesse no Rondo) directed the first season, then co-directed the second with Yuuki Ukai.

This means new songs. I so want to hear new songs from them (and Quartet Night, of course).

IS IT APRIL 2015 YET? Dang, here I go again.
